Great British Bake Off viewers were in uproar last night (Tuesday November 16) after fan favourite Jurgen was sensationally eliminated.
The cuddly German was heartbroken at the exit, as were millions of fans who had taken him to their hearts.
So much so, they said they will boycott next week’s final.
What happened on Great British Bake Off with Jurgen last night?
It was a pâtisserie theme for the semi-final, which meant a trio of some of the toughest challenges yet.
They had to design and bake an intricate layered slice, a technical sablé breton tart, and finally a showstopping themed entremet display.

Jurgen – who has been consistently brilliant throughout the series – won the technical round.
But there was foreboding when judge Paul Hollywood issued handshakes to everyone… apart from Jurgen.
There was uproar from fans then, and even more when Jurgen was voted off at the end.
In fact, many viewers said they would boycott next week’s final.
