The tense spring trailer for Holby City has left fans wondering about Jac Naylor’s future.
In the dramatic glimpse of future events, viewers see the popular doctor in several scenes with nurse Fletch… And the pair seem to be getting quite cosy, despite her previous reluctance to fall for him.
She states: “I don’t date, and definitely not Fletch.”

But the promo then shows a different story altogether and they are even spotted holding hands. Eek, can Jac (Rosie Marcel) finally find happiness?
TV matchmakers will be rubbing their hands in glee at the union, but some fans were concerned as the three minute promo also seemed to show Jac waving goodbye.
So maybe that ever elusive happiness isn’t to be for the no-nonsence doctor, after all!?
Is Jac about to leave Holby altogether?
Fans were not happy about the prospect, with many voicing their concerns on Twitter.
