What is Sahria’s storyline in Holby?
Sahira returns to be the new clinical lead in the hospital.
She keeps an eye on Kian (Ramin Karimloo) after finding out that Max (Jo Martin) found him injecting drugs and that he was spared getting the sack.
However, Sahira makes it quite clear she won’t tolerate drug use and that any further bad behaviour will cost him his job.
The rest of the hospital is also quickly forced to adapt to Sahira’s style of working.
With her former love interest Henrik still at the hospital, could there still be a spark between the pair?
Why did Jac Naylor leave Holby?
Actress Rosie Marcel confessed recently that she wanted to take a break from the show so she could spend time with family.
However, it wasn’t a decision she took lightly.
“I’m sad obviously – I love the show and I’ve been there a really long time,” she told Digital Spy. “It got to a stage where I was just so tired and I really needed that break, to the point where I’ve not really done anything else and I don’t want to – I want to take time off.
“I didn’t want to get to a point in my life where I thought, ‘I really wish I’d taken time off’ – I didn’t want to be that person with regrets. It was a big decision,” she added.
Holby City continues on Wednesday, February 10 at 8.20pm on BBC One.
