Holby City is on tonight (Wednesday, February 10) and there’s plenty of drama to come as Jodie returns and drops a huge bombshell on Sacha.
A couple of weeks ago Sacha discovered that Jodie was the one making his daughter Beka ill but poisoning her.

As hospital staff tried to help Jodie, she ran off and hasn’t been seen for a few weeks.
Holby City Spoilers: Jodie returns
However in tonight’s episode she turns up at Holby. Jodie seems ready to make amends and claims to be genuinely sorry for what she did to Beka.
Sacha thinks he can take control of the situation by talking calmly to his former fiancé calmly whilst steps are being put in place to get her to the psychiatric hospital.
But soon she drops a bombshell on Sacha and tells him that she is pregnant.
As Sacha starts to question whether Jodie is telling the truth, she urges him to do a scan so he can hear the baby’s heartbeat.
He performs a scan and struggles to retain his feelings when he learns they’re having a daughter.
With Sacha’s head in a spin, Dom and Donna are confused to learn Jodie is back and fear what this could mean for Sacha’s mental health.
Sahira returns
Jodie isn’t the only character coming back to the hospital this week as Sahira Shah returns.
With Jac gone, her colleagues are anxiously anticipating her replacement.

Sahira returns to the hospital with Laila Rouass reprising her role. The character originally appeared between 2011 and 2012.
When she comes back in for her first day on Darwin, Kian tries his best to sweet talk her.
However Sahira has other ideas and is soon working alongside Nicky and Chloe. The show will also be revisiting her ambiguous relationship with Hassan.
