Holby City spoilers for tonight reveal Eli and Amelia get some bad news.

Holby City spoilers: Eli and Amelia get good and bad news
Eli’s wife Amelia makes an unexpected visit to the hospital with news.
Before greeting her husband she explains to Max she thinks the therapy is working as all of her symptoms of the tumour have disappeared.
When she finally catches up to Eli, she reveals they’ve managed to fall pregnant naturally after years of failed IVF rounds.
Eli sets up a meeting with Max to inform her of Amelia’s change of situation.
Max congratulates them but makes it clear Amelia can’t continue with the trial if she goes through with the pregnancy.
Josh attends therapy

Josh attends his group therapy session and instantly makes an impact on newcomer Claudia.
They soon start to bond and he learns she also works at Holby City as a physiotherapist.
The two appear to get on well, but should Ange be worried.
Can Russ and Hanssen make amends?
Following their fallout over Ollie, Russ attempts to apologise to Hanssen. However he’s thwarted by Hanssen’s cold shoulder and a rowdy stag-do.
However Russ refuses to give up and tries to prove that he’s not as irresponsible as Hanssen thinks he is.
Will they make amends?

Carole is brought back to Holby City after suffering another stroke. With her condition rapidly deteriorating, Ange and Sacha are worried Dom isn’t facing up to the severity of the situation.
Dom is adamant that his mum stays on Kellar instead of being moved to the specialist stroke ward.
Ange’s concerns grow when she realises just how little time Carole has left.
Ange knows she needs to tread carefully due to her already complicated situation with Dom, so she urges Sacha to intervene instead.
Can the persuade Dom to make most of the little time he has left with Carole?
