Holly Willoughby couldn’t resist a cheeky swipe at her co-presenter Phillip Schofield this morning during a segment about Lent.
On Wednesday (6 March), the pair discussed the Christian ritual – the six week period leading up to Easter – and whether they would be giving up anything themselves.

While Holly admitted she didn’t know what she would be giving up, Phillip answered: “I know what I’m giving up. Swearing on the telly.”
Chastising Holly agreed, telling a sheepish Phil: “Well yes, so you should after yesterday’s behaviour.”
And this wasn’t the only time Holly referred to Phil’s on-air gaffe.

Later, Holly had another dig during a game of ‘Guess The Gadget’.
When Phil claimed that something bad always happens to Holly, she hit back saying: “Well it happened to you yesterday. So let’s not have a repeat of your bad language.”
Slapped wrist, Phil!
Phil blurted out a naughty word during Tuesday’s show when the presenters and guests took part in a pancake race.
Competing in rival teams, things got competitive between Phil and Holly as they raced against each other and the clock.
Despite Holly wearing heels, she still managed to win due to Phillip dropping the pancake several times.
And it was when he dropped the pancake, he shouted “oh [bleep]”.
Fans were shocked and amused at home, with one tweeting: “Slip of the tongue @Schofe it was hilarious.”
Another said: “Think Phil forgot his mic is still on.”
A third said: “Yes Phil! A live [bleep]. Can’t wait for the humble apology later.”
