He’s been in Hollyoaks for almost as long as we’ve been watching it, but it looks like the end of the road has come for Jack Osborne – if these new pics are anything to go on.

As we all know by now, Hollyoaks is reeling after a massive gas explosion at the school left several lives, many of which are well-loved characters, hanging in the balance.
Yesterday’s episode left viewers shook as baddie, Mac Nightingale, let his on-off partner, Neeta Kaur, fall from a great height to her apparent death.
Meanwhile Darren Osborne was sent into a panic as he couldn’t find his dad anywhere.
In tonight’s dramatic first look episode on E4 – Darren realises that his dad is still trapped in the crumbling building and races back in – followed by Luke Morgan.
They eventually find Jack, but he’s in a bad way and they can’t get him out because he’s pinned to the ground by some seriously heavy rubble.
It’s touch and go for the Hollyoaks veteran as the paramedics try to free him and save his life.
Elsewhere, Jack’s wife, Frankie, is oblivious to the trouble her family is in.
As she heads out, could she unwittingly put her own life in danger?
Darren pleads with Jack to stay awake, but his dad keeps slipping in and out of consciousness.
Will the emergency services be able to get him to hospital in time?
While we are sworn to secrecy we can reveal that there is life changing news for the Osborne family, and it could leave them totally destroyed…
