I’m A Celeb star reportedly considering making a ‘formal complaint’ to ITV

Not a happy camper

Becky Vardy was the third campmate to be eliminated from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! this year.

Having been evicted on Monday’s show, the footballer’s wife has since been giving interviews about her account of what happened in the jungle.

And she’s not 100% happy with some reports of her behaviour in camp.

While she was inside, some viewers felt Becky ganged up with Jamie Lomas and Dennis Wise to make Iain Lee’s life more difficult than it needed to be.

At one point, she accused Iain of being fake and having a “game plan” to win the show, however Becky has insisted viewers didn’t see the multiple good exchanges she had with Iain.

On ITV2’s Extra Camp, host Joe Swash accused Becky of being in “the man gang”, which did not go down well with the WAG.

A source told The Sun: “Becky came off the ITV2 show absolutely livid. She was ranting and raving at staff over Joe’s comments.

“She expected Extra Camp to be light-hearted and fun – which it is – but ended up feeling like she had her back to the wall and was cornered and forced to talk about Iain Lee.”

And according to a Daily Star report, a source has said: “She’s considering making a formal complaint.”

Becky, however, has not confirmed whether this is true.

The star appeared on Good Morning Britain yesterday via video link from Australia, to set the record straight on her relationship with Iain.

She said: “I was under pressure. That was taken out of context. He and I had some nice conversations in camp. I gave him a lot of pep talks.”

Becky also said that she and Iain had shared many lovely moments and heart-to-hearts together that hadn’t been shown.

And she went on to discuss how, unseen to the public, she and her campmates had spent time creating a special “hard as nails” medal for Iain, after he came through in a task that saw him face his fear of heights.

She said: “We wanted him to know we were proud of him for doing what he did.”
