Not all jungle viewers are happy with Amir Khan after last night’s I’m A Celebrity strawberry-gate.
Yesterday, Amir and Iain Lee decided it would be funny to scoff their Dingo Dollar treat of strawberries and cream in secret then lie to the camp and claim they hadn’t won anything.
It caused shockwaves among viewers – and the camp when it all came out.
A guilty Iain ‘fessed up and said it was his decision to eat the strawberries and cream alone… when it was actually Amir who brought up the idea first.

Also feeling bad, Amir then decided he’d come clean to the campmates too, and said he’d also eaten the treat.
However, when Thursday night’s episode kicked off, the camp was still very much under the impression that Iain was the instigator – leaving some viewers slamming Amir for not taking more responsibility.
Even Iain said during the show: “I’m a little bit disappointed that Amir’s been welcomed back with open arms and I’m the shunned one. Everyone thinks strawberry-gate was my idea and I led Amir into it.”
Amir, meanwhile, said in the Bush Telegraph: “Iain seemed really down. We know we made a mistake but you have to move on, I’m there for him and we were both in it together so I’m not blaming him in any way.
“It was 50/50, if either of us had said no it wouldn’t have happened.”
Later on, Iain told Shappi Khorsandi that Amir had instigated the strawberry eating, which shocked her.
Iain said: “I’m really sorry about what happened yesterday, it was Amir’s idea.”

“It was Amir’s idea and he had most of them, we joked about it for half an hour and then we did it,” said Iain.
“What’s annoying me slightly is that I told Amir I couldn’t live with it. This is why I came out and said it was me because I told Amir I needed to confess to something, I’m accepting my guilt.”
Other viewers, however, felt Amir had done nothing wrong, and the whole strawberry-gate had been simply hilarious.
They said it was going too far to blame Amir and he’s got a “heart of gold”, while some said he was the highlight of the whole jungle so far.
Others pointed Amir and Iain’s different attitudes post-strawberry-gate.
One wrote: “Amir has the confidence to move on from yesterday and Iain’s dwelling on it, which is making it so much worse for himself. Liked Dennis’s reaction.”
Another said: “Iain is such a sore loser complaining to Shappi about HIS MISTAKE! Yes it was Amir as well, but that’s not the point! everyone is starving but nah just keep it too themselves, when everyone else is putting 100%.”
Meanwhile, other viewers said Amir had totally redeemed himself by smashing tonight’s challenge and encouraging Toff throughout.
