I’m A Celebrity 2021 contestants do NOT have a “secret supply of hot water” despite reports claiming so, a show source has said.
The popular show, which kicked off on Sunday (November 21), has faced claims that much of what we see on TV is fake.
Reports suggested that the contestants have access to hot water and heated rooms.
However, a show source has now hit back and insisted that’s NOT true.

The source insisted that everything really is as grim as it seems.
They explained that campmates need to do three things to earn “lukewarm water”.
These include burning the wood and keep it burning, pumping the pump and using the pump for 40 minutes twice a day.
However, the source said that if the campmates don’t perform the tasks, they don’t get the warmer water.
An insider also told the MailOnline: “There’s a very primitive shower camp but most of their daily lives will be within a cramped and claustrophobic courtyard.
“All their cooking, eating, washing up, and the chores they do will all happen outside.”

The sources add there is some truth in the claims that the contestants are given cigarettes, but they’ve always been allowed to smoke.
There’s a smoking area in the Wales camp and there was one when the show was filmed in Australia, so ciggies aren’t considered a luxury item.
The legendary show, hosted by Ant and Dec, has moved to Gwrych Castle in Wales for the second year running due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions around travel.
Last night (Monday 22 November), viewers watched Emmerdale actor, Danny Miller, and Radio 1Extra host, Snoochie Shy, take part in the dreaded eating trial.

But they slammed the result, claiming 29-year-old Snoochie was “robbed” while Danny took the prize back to The Clink camp.
The pair faced the Dreaded Diner and ate a series of disgusting delicacies.
Some of the things on the menu included a cow’s nose, cow’s teats and a goat’s testicle.
But as the trial ended in a tie, the pair had to down a Van Hella milkshake – made up of blended fermented tofu.

Danny and Snoochie both downed their drinks, but Danny won.
However, viewers at home appeared unimpressed with the result.
Many believed that Snoochie deserved to win as Danny threw up throughout the trial.
On Twitter, one said: “Snoochie was robbed of that win #ImACeleb.”
I’m A Celebrity continues on ITV, tonight (November 23), at 9:15pm.
