Could EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy appear in the jungle camp Down Under for I’m A Celebrity 2023? The Sonia Fowler actress has dropped a HUGE hint she’s signed up.
Speaking with OK! magazine, soap fave Natalie, 40, reflected on her experiences as a reality TV participant.
‘Bobby Brazier is like an angel’
She also gave her backing to co-star Bobby Brazier, who is currently enjoying a reality TV adventure of his own in Strictly Come Dancing.
“He’s like an angel,” Natalie said of her Albert Square Freddie Slater colleague.
“Bobby is so articulate and so grateful for everything. I really want to see him go as far as he can in this industry. He’s a wonderful person to look up to for all the young men out there.”
However, asked about whether she might be interested in further telly appearances herself, away from Walford, the 30-year ‘Enders veteran teased a trip to Oz may be in the offing.
I’m A Celebrity 2023 news: Will Natalie Cassidy be in the line up?
Natalie starred in the seventh series of Strictly Come Dancing, in 2009. She was partnered up with Vincent Simone, and had a very impressive run by placing fifth out of 16 couples.
Natalie and Vincent made it all the way to the end of November in a series that also memorably included Lynda Bellingham, Joe Calzaghe, Laila Rouass, Ricky Whittle and winner Chris Hollins.
Additionally, she also starred in Celebrity Big Brother 2012, when Denise Welch triumphed.
Furthermore, although it has been over a decade since she last took part in a reality series, it seems Natalie could be persuaded to get involved again.
She told OK!: “I never say never to anything. If I end up in the jungle one time, you know that I’m paying my mortgage!”
Who will be in I’m A Celebrity 2023?
Furthermore, other names linked with a spot in the I’m A Celebrity 2023 camp include Richard Madeley, Josie Gibson and Corrie’s Alan Halsall.
Additionally, Ed Sheeran and Matt Baker have also been mentioned as part of the line-up speculation.
