Richard Madeley has been spotted for the first time since his shock exit from I’m A Celebrity.
The presenter left the Welsh castle in the early hours of yesterday morning (November 25), before being taking to hospital as a precaution.
Now, Richard has returned home after reassuring fans that he is well.
I’m A Celebrity star Richard Madeley returns home
Richard, 65, was pictured on the doorstep of his home earlier today.
The star sipped from a blue mug as he greeted nearby press.
In a video obtained by the MailOnline, he said: “I’m fine, it was very momentary.
“If it had happened at home I probably would have just called the doctor.”

Richard continued: “So they called an ambulance, I had a couple of blood tests and I was absolutely fine. Maybe it was low blood sugar, I don’t know. Then I realised I couldn’t get back in because of COVID.”
It comes hours after Ben Shephard confirmed that Richard may not be well enough to join them in the Good Morning Britain studio.
Speaking on the show today, Ben said: “Apparently we’ll be talking to him on Monday.

“Maybe we won’t. We’re hearing he’s too ill. Okay, hopefully we’ll talk to Richard on Monday.”
Ben later added: “It’s such a shame because Richard was the person who was trying to persuade the others not to leave and all of a sudden, he’s gone.”
Meanwhile, Richard announced his departure from the ITV programme on Thursday.
Richard announces show exit
Taking to social media, the star admitted that he was “gutted” to leave just days into the series.
Richard penned: “I firstly just to say that I’m absolutely FINE. I started to feel briefly unwell in the small hours of the morning and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
“By leaving the camp, I had consequently broken the COVID ‘bubble’ and as such I’ve had to leave the castle and all the wonderful celebs that remain in the camp.
“Obviously I’m gutted to be leaving so soon but the safety of all the campmates is the number one priority. I’m incredibly excited to watch their journey continue… even more so at the prospect of being somewhere a little warmer than Gwrych Castle.”
Richard concluded: “Thank you to everyone who supported me on my brief but completely unforgettable adventure – I’ve made some great friends and honestly had the time of my life.”
I’m A Celebrity also confirmed the news, while Richard’s daughter Chloe issued a message on Instagram.

She told followers: “Thanks for all your lovely messages. Dad’s absolutely fine, we’ve been speaking to him all day and ultimately, he’s just livid he can’t go back into camp because of COVID restrictions.
“He did himself proud, though. He worked hard and was his calm, collected, kind and funny self.”
During last night’s show, soap stars Adam Woodyatt and Simon Gregson joined the camp.
