I’m A Celebrity star Tulisa shares camp ‘hiding’ place
The singer is a “massive introvert”, so sharing the camp with multiple people made her anxiety shoot through the roof.

Whenever overwhelmed, Tulisa would go and “hide in the dunny”. The rest of the celebrities, aware of her social anxiety, would light-heartedly call the place of hiding an “Airbnb”.
She told The Mirror: “I would go and remove myself and go for walks or go and hide in the dunny. I spent 90% of my time alone.”
While she entered the show with the mindset that it was going to be a “healing journey” and would feel “like therapy”, the reality was nothing like she’d imagined.
“Some of the things you didn’t see, is I had night terrors for the first four days. I was waking up out of my sleep, and I was having anxiety attacks. Those parts, not everyone knows, so it wasn’t completely smooth sailing for me at all, but I have a great poker face,” she revealed.
Other than times when she broke down on VT, Tulisa would go to the smoking area to come out of an anxiety attack. Tulisa shared: “I was like: ‘Okay, get the heart rate down. Get the heart rate down.’ I wanted to leave that day.”
