With a serious lack of food in the jungle, it’s not that surprising that campmates have left the jungle significantly lighter than when they went in, but this year’s runner up, Jamie Lomas has revealed he shed a whopping one and a half stone.
Just three weeks of jungle life is all it took for him to lose the weight – thanks to a diet of rice and beans.
But there is just one problem with Jamie’s jungle makeover… now none of his clothes he packed for his trip to Australia fit him.

The Hollyoaks actor chatted to Good Morning Britain’s Richard Arnold this morning about his time in the hit show – and Jamie certainly looked decidedly slimmer than he did when he first entered the jungle.
While talking about losing out on the winner’s title to Georgia Toffolo, Jamie laughed when Richard Arnold joked: “I feel like I’m sat with the man from Milk Tray!” hinting that the star might have lost weight but hadn’t lost his looks.
“I went nine days with just one meal,” he revealed, adding: “But you just kind of get on with it.”
Presenter Richard then asked Jamie how he felt about losing out to ‘Tough Toff’ as he dubbed her in the final.
“We had each other’s back,” he said. “It was just amazing – a massive rollercoaster.”
Despite claims he ‘bullied’ late arrival Iain Lee, who finished third, Jamie said he hoped to stay in touch with his 12 campmates for the rest of his life.

The bullying debate was even addressed last night on I’m A Celebrity spin off show, Extra Camp.
Scarlett told Jamie she’s loved Jamie’s bromance with Amir and Dennis Wise and asked if they would stay friends, Amir – watching in the wings with the rest of the contestants – answered for him shouting out: “oh, definitely, and Iain.”
