Comedian Vic Reeves – real name Jim Moir – has revealed that he’d like to return for another stint in Coronation Street.
Jim impressed fans when he starred as scheming Colin Callen in the ITV soap last year.

Speaking to The Daily Star Sunday he said: “I want to go back, and they may be writing me back in.
“I think they’re agreeable. So I’ll go back and do a bit of that.”
Vic’s stint in the show was at the end of last year when he arrived as the head of marketing for a radio station Mary Taylor and Norris Cole were involved with.
But he turned out to be a conman and even tried conning Rita out of both the Kabin and her flat.
The audacity!
He then thought that Norris could be his dad after finding out the street busybody was in Darlington when he was conceived.
Colin then charmed Moira at the medical centre into swiping a vial of Norris’ blood so he could get a DNA test done.
It turned out the two weren’t related and Moira was suspended from work pending a tribunal hearing.
Colin was last seen leaving the cobbles in disgrace after Adam Barlow and Todd Grimshaw clocked his scamming ways and blackmailed him into leaving.

Jim continued: “The writing on Corrie is superb in a comedy sense… and so great to play.
“I love it. I love acting it. I live in a great world where you can play great characters.”
