When Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women are back after being pulled from schedule

So many favourites missing!

| Updated:

ITV favourites Lorraine, This Morning, and Loose Women were off air today (July 5) due to the election results.

Good Morning Britain, which usually airs from 6am until 9am, was extended with an extra 25 minutes. The extended time was to accommodate for the UK General Election results coverage.

Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women schedule

Straight after Good Morning Britain, Lorraine – typically hosted by Lorraine Kelly – usually airs from 9am until 10am. However, despite Good Morning Britain not running over her entire time slot, Lorraine didn’t air on Friday.

Instead, Julie Etchingham hosted Election 2024 Live: The Results from 9.25am until 3.30pm.

For the same reasons, both This Morning and Loose Women were also scrapped on Friday due to the UK General Election results coverage.

The ITV News London aired at 3.30pm before the Live UEFA Euro 2024 match against Spain and Germany took place at 4pm.

However, on Monday (July 8), Lorraine, This Morning, and Loose Women are scheduled to air during their usual time slots.

Lorraine Kelly will return while Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley will be back for This Morning.

Loose Women will then air straight after.

Cat accused of sending political message

Meanwhile, during Thursday’s edition of This Morning (July 4), Cat’s outfit came under scrutiny.

Broadcasters aren’t allowed to discuss anything the election in a way that might effect voting.

However, some viewers believed that Cat showed which side she’s on with her choice of outfit.

The 47-year-old was wearing a white dress covered in roses. Roses are, of course, the symbol of the Labour Party.

“Interesting choice of outfit from Cat this morning… especially on Polling Day,” one viewer tweeted this morning.

“Cat Deeley wearing that dress is no accident,” another said.
