ITV viewers who are fans of GMB and This Morning are in for a treat on Christmas Day
The broadcaster has announced that special editions of some of its most popular daytime shows will air on the occasion.
Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and This Morning will all have episodes on the big day.
GMB stars Susanna Reid, Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway will kick off the festive morning at 7am. They will be joined by Richard Arnold and an array of special guests.

Meanwhile, Lorraine Kelly will follow with a festive edition of Lorraine at the usual time of 9 am.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield will celebrate Christmas Day with a performance from X Factor winner Leona Lewis.

They will be joined by Alison Hammond will be turning up on someone’s doorstep to grant a festive wish.
Elsewhere on ITV, James Martin’s Christmas Day begin at midday. He’ll be joined by chefs Sat Bains and Paul Ainsworth.
Then, at 1 pm, Ainsley’s Christmas Good Mood Food will see the TV chef marking the occasion by rustling up his favourite festive foods.
Those confirmed to star on the cooking special include EastEnders’ star, Shane Richie.
He’ll be joined by Strictly Come Dancing head judge Shirley Ballas, and Brian Turner.
Meanwhile, Christmas editions of Loose Women and John & Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen will also air during the festive period.
ITV to air Downton Abbey over Christmas
Furthermore, ITV will also premier the Downton Abbey movie over Christmas.

The film is a continuation of the ITV series which last aired its final of 52 episodes in December 2015.
Downton Abbey aired a total of 52 episodes over six series between 2010 and 2015 on the channel.
A sequel is currently also in the works and is expected to be released next year.
