Jamie Lomas has revealed his daughter Polly burst into tears after believing he’d embarrassed her in front of I’m A Celebrity co-star Dennis Wise.

The former Hollyoaks star, best known as Chester’s bad boy Warren Fox, was a guest on today’s Loose Women.
While chatting with the panel, the actor revealed his daughter Polly, six, was a huge fan of the jungle – and one man in particular!

“When I spoke to her when I came out, she said, ‘Dad, I have a million questions to ask you about I’m A Celebrity! Dad, will you ring Dennis?'” recalled Jamie.
“So I ring him – one of the nicest men you’ll ever meet, by the way – and I said, ‘Dennis, will you speak to my daughter?’ So, he spoke to her, and the next day, she went, ‘Dad, will you ring Dennis again?’
“So I ring him and said, ‘Dennis, do me a favour, mate, she’s driving me up the wall, will you just speak to her?’
“Anyway, she started crying! ‘I can’t believe you’ve embarrassed me, dad, [in front of Dennis]!’
“I went, ‘I think you love Dennis, don’t you?!'”
Poor Polly!
We all remember how it feels to be embarrassed in front of your first crush, right?
Little Polly’s mum is Jamie’s ex-wife, Coronation Street star Kym Marsh, who watched the show with the school girl every night.
Kym and Polly had been cheering Jamie on for the win, so no doubt they were thrilled to see the ex soap star finish in second place, behind Queen of the Jungle, Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo.
The mother and daughter duo were also voting for Jamie to do as many Bushtucker Trials as possible!

While plenty of celebs may be worried about what their former spouse may say about them on a TV show, while Jamie, 42, was in the jungle, Kym said they have a “very good relationship” and he’s a great dad to Polly.

Kym, 41, told The Mirror: “We went for coffee a few weeks before he went. There’s no bad feelings. We have a very good relationship, Jamie and I. Polly has a good relationship with her dad.”
“We have nothing bad to say about each other.”
Kym was married to Jamie from 2012 until 2014.
