It looks like Ant McPartlin is on the mend after spending time in rehab for substance abuse and depression.
Not only has he been seen out and about this week, insiders say he is desperate to be fit and well for November so he can return to I’m A Celeb.
A source has told the Sunday Mirror that Ant is working hard to get better so that he can reunite with Declan Donnelly for the next series of the reality.

“He is doing really well,” they said.
“It has been a tough few weeks but he is coming through it and is now over the worst of it.
“Ant has been very brave and is totally committed to his recovery.”
The insider added: ‘With his commitment and new-found strength, those close to him believe he will be back on TV in November.
“It’s something he is working towards and focusing on.”
Even though Ant is hoping to make it back to the show in November, ITV told him that there is no rush for him to return to TV until he is fully recovered.
An ITV source told the Sun at the time: ‘He’s got our total backing and he knows he can take as much time as he needs.
“If there’s anything we can do to support him in getting better then of course he only needs to ask – he’s a huge part of the ITV family and that isn’t going to change.”
Ant revealed over a month ago that he was entering rehab after he became dependent on painkiller Tramadol following knee surgery that went wrong.

In a statement he expressed his sadness about disappointing his friends and family.
‘The first step is to admit to yourself you need help. I’ve let people down. I’m truly sorry,” he said.
“I feel like I have let a lot of people down and for that I’m truly sorry. I want to thank my wife, family and closest friends through this really difficult time.
“I have spoken out because I think it is important that people ask for help if they are going through a rough time and get the proper treatment to help their recovery.”
