Kate Garraway confessed to dating a famous rock star during the final episode of Piers Morgan’s Life Stories last night (Sunday December 5).
The GMB presenter, 54, laid bare her husband Derek – and her family’s – desperate fight against Covid, which has rendered him housebound.
But one moment during the interview raised a lot of eyebrows.

And she revealed some terrifying and sad updates on Derek’s current condition.

And Piers – a long-time pal – was reminded that when he she married Derek he told her that she “set the bar low”.
However, that was just the start of it.
What did Kate reveal about her famous rock star ex?
When it came to the love life she revealed that she has always been dumped in relationships.
“I’ve never ended a relationship,” she said.
Piers then asked: “In your book, you cryptically revealed before Derek you dated an actor. You don’t actually name the actor.
However, Kate said: “No, a performer.”
“A singer? A famous one?” Piers pressed.
Kate called him a “musician of sorts” who is famous “now”.
But then shut things down by saying: “I’m not talking about it.”
She concluded: “I tell you what I can say… he dumped me.”
