Viewers of Loose Women have criticised Coleen Nolan for making sexual innuendos about Danny Mac.
The former Hollyoaks actor, 31, appeared on Tuesday’s show to talk about moving away from the soap and into the West End.
However, Coleen repeatedly made cheeky jokes about the actor and joked she had prepared for his arrival by holding mistletoe above her head so he could give her a smooch.

Before he came onto the show, Coleen held the mistletoe above her head and said: “I’ll save it for when Danny Mac comes on, it’ll be rude not to,” as the audience laughed.
The camera then cut to Danny, who was backstage, and he held a piece of mistletoe above his head.
Coleen joked: “He’s looking worried.”
Later in the show, a clip of Danny performing the Samba on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2016 played and Coleen became slightly flustered.
She said: “Well that was fantastic and Danny is now treading the boards as a West End leading man alongside our very own Brenda [Edwards]. Please welcome Danny Mac.”
Danny walked out onto the panel and gave Brenda Edwards a kiss before sitting down.
Coleen said: “We saw you there on Strictly and I remember watching you, apart from watching you,” as Danny laughed. “Such an incredible dancer.”
Carry on ladies, I’m having a hot flush.
Danny said: “Well that was thanks to Oti [Mabuse]. She just worked a dream. We worked really hard that entire series and you get out what you put in.
“We were doing 10 or 12 hours a day but it’s such a great experience and you know it’s only going to happen the once. I throw everything at anything I do.”
Coleen cheekily asked: “Really? Anything? Carry on ladies, I’m having a hot flush.”
Even though Coleen’s comments were clearly in jest, some viewers weren’t happy with her remarks.
One person said on Twitter: “If this was a panel of all old men and they were making all the sexual innuendos #ColeenNolan makes, there would be so many complaints that the programme would be taken off air. No question.”
Another wrote: “If a man went in like that with a female guest then he’s be labelled a sex pest #LooseWomen.”

A third added: “If a male presenter gushed over a female guest the same way that the #LooseWomen do over a male guest, there would be a massive social media uproar!”
