Love Island spoiler: The new Islanders are unsettled by latecomers

There'll be a shock twist tonight

The first episode of Love Island hits our screens tonight and it won’t be long before sparks fly!

The ITV2 show will see the Islanders quaking in their flip flops before they’ve even had time to settle, as two latecomers send shockwaves through the villa.

The late arrivals will be thrown into the mix after the contestants have already coupled up in the Majorcan villa.

Girls Amber, Amy, Anna, Yewande and Lucie arrive first, before host Caroline Flack swoops into the villa to kick off this year’s first coupling up.

The girls are instructed to step forward if they like the look of the boys in front of them. Each boy can pick any girl to couple up with, and things may get awkward as they can choose a girl who is already paired up if they want to.

After the ten Islanders make their decisions and form their couples, Caroline hints that a major bombshell could be coming…

She tells the five couples: “Don’t forget, this is Love Island and the path to true love is never that simple. There may be a few surprises around the corner and the first surprise may be sooner than you think.”

As the Islanders get to know each other, Amber then receives a text.

She reads out the message, which says: “Islanders, it’s time for the real games to begin. Please welcome your new arrivals. #DoubleTrouble #BoxFresh #HotToFoxtrot.”

Sure enough, new guys Curtis Pritchard and Tommy Fury come strolling through the villa, meaning things could soon change for the newly coupled guys and girls!

Lucie also says what she thinks about the new “bevs” (her nickname for a good-looking guy!) joining the house.
