Love Island stars ‘in 24-hour lockdown as bosses prepare them for outside world’

Their lives are set to change after the show

This year’s Love Island finalists are reportedly on a 24-hour lockdown to prepare them for the outside world.

The eight Islanders who made Monday night’s final will undergo a day of training before re-entering society, according to an insider.

Bosses reportedly want to prepare finalist couples Molly-Mae and Tommy, Curtis and Maura, Ovie and India, and winners Amber and Greg as much possible.

A source told The Sun: “Bosses are leaving no stone unturned this year. Whereas the first day of freedom after the villa was historically a free-for-all, they are now making everyone stay put and have a ‘down day’ with bespoke sessions.

“There was a feeling they let them loose too soon and with not enough advice so they’re just changing it entirely this year.

“It’s a day of adjusting back to civilian life. Their lives aren’t going to be the same again so experts will be on hand for any questions or worries they have.”

According to the publication, the contestants will stay in Majorca for an extra day in a secret remote location. They will have bespoke sessions on how to adjust to life after the show — including a meeting with a financial expert advising how to deal with money from their new fame.

A representative for Love Island told Ent Daily today (July 30): “The Islanders fly back to the UK tomorrow.”
