Martin Lewis has divided viewers on Twitter with his appearance on GMB today (November 8).
The no-nonsense presenter appeared alongside Susanna Reid where he filled in for Richard Madeley who has taken a few weeks off.
The money-saving expert’s unique presenting style certainly caught the attention of viewers.
However, while some loved his brash attitude, others rushed to Twitter to hit back at the “insufferable” GMB host.
GMB viewers divided on Twitter over Martin Lewis
“I don’t know who’s worse, Richard Madeley or Martin Lewis Smug & smugger,” ranted one viewer.
A second said: “I like Martin Lewis, this morning though, I don’t know why but I’m finding him mildly irritating…”

After that, a fourth said: “Martin Lewis is insufferable this morning #GMB.”

Meanwhile, others appeared to be enjoying his no holes barred attitude when it comes to presenting.
“Martin Lewis is by far the best male presenter on #GMB,” insisted one viewer.
A second said: “Damn, Martin Lewis is good #gmb.”
“@MartinSLewis can’t you do #GMB every day with @susannareid100 as you compliment one another very well,” questioned a third viewer.
A third fan exclaimed: “I think we may have found our new #gmb presenter! @MartinSLewis is on form today.”

Meanwhile, a fifth added: “So pleased to see @MartinSLewis co-presenting #GMB today. He’s no-nonsense, well researched & sharp. The latter very important in an age of gaslighting & lies. More, please!”
GMB guest hosts
Meanwhile, Martin isn’t the only guest presenter set to take the reigns.
Former Labour shadow chancellor Ed Balls and TV judge Robert Rinder have signed up to guest host the show in the coming weeks.

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Ed, 54, will host alongside Susanna for three days. He’ll make his first appearance on Monday, November 15, according to ITV.
Meanwhile, ITV star Judge Rinder will appear on November 10 and December 1.
