Fan favourite Moira Pollock is returning to the cobbled streets of Weatherfield, which can only mean one thing… Trouble for Liz!
We last saw Practice Manager Moira in November, when she walked off into the sunset with eccentric Colin Callen (Jim Moir aka Vic Reeves).
At the time, she’d been sacked from her job at the local medical centre after stealing a blood sample belonging to Norris in a quest to discover whether he was actually Colin’s birth father.
But now, Moira is back – much to Liz McDonald’s dismay.
Liz is appalled to hear the news that her nemesis will be back to raise her blood pressure.
Next week, we see Dr Gaddas share the news that Moira will be returning to work after successfully winning a claim at an employment tribunal.
Liz, who historically never got on with outspoken Moira, already has enough trouble on her plate after making an enemy of serial killer Pat Phelan. What could get worse for the Street veteran?

Luckily, Moira’s return has the unexpected but pleasant side effect of reuniting Eileen and Liz, who have been divided over Eileen’s dodgy husband Pat.
Many fans will be glad to see flame-haired Moira, who is played by The Archers star Louisa Patikas, return to Weatherfield. But where’s Colin? Watch this space!
