A throwback picture depicting Molly-Mae Hague‘s epic transformation has resurfaced in the wake of her new documentary, Behind It All.
Fans were left shocked to see the drastic difference in her appearance before and after she was on Love Island in 2019.
Molly-Mae’s before and after pictures resurface
Molly looked different before she became a household name through the ITV show. Much before entering the Love Island villa, she became known for posting make-up tutorials.
The throwback picture in question features a screengrab from one of her old videos. The young star, aged 20 at the time, confidently presents herself on camera sans make-up, donning a fresh look.
However, in the other screengrab in the resurfaced Instagram post, originally shared by the account ‘imjustbait’, Tommy Fury‘s ex is unrecognisable.
Her lips are fuller, face is much polished with a chiselled jawline. The second picture depicts her epic transformation after gaining popularity on Love Island.
The caption on the throwback post featuring her before and after pictures that went viral reads: “Bro what is Molly Mae doing?” Fans also shared similar reactions to her face altered through cosmetic procedures.
One fan asked: “She didn’t look like that on Love Island. Did she?”
Another inquired: “The bottom pic is edited right?”
Molly-Mae had her filler dissolved
Molly has candidly spoken about altering her looks through fillers and Botox. The TV star previously got fillers in her lips and jaw and had composite bonding veneers. She’s since had the veneers removed and her filler dissolved.
She confessed to Steven Bartlett while appearing on his podcast, The Diary Of A CEO, that she was “terrified” of herself.
“I wouldn’t say I got addicted to it, but by the age of 21, I didn’t look like the same person,” Molly-Mae admitted.
She added: “I literally looked like a different person. When I look back at the pictures now, I’m terrified of myself. I’m like: ‘Who was that girl?’ I don’t know what happened.”
She continued: “But there was this one pivotal moment where I’d gone and got loads of filler and I posted a YouTube video and I hadn’t let the filler settle and it was really swollen and a screenshot from that video, it trended on Twitter for weeks.”
Molly said her face looked “awful”, so one day she decided to get her lips “dissolved”. She explained: ” It was a process. I went and got my lips dissolved and I posted about it on YouTube and I didn’t expect the response that I got. It was huge.”
The 25 year old is at the centre of social media discussions after the tell-all documentary dropped on Amazon Prime. The first half of the series navigates her life as a single mother after her shocking splitting from Tommy last August.
