While Kimberly and Nicola are still firmly by Cheryl’s side in their post Girls Aloud lives, Sarah and Nadine have been a lot more distant.
So when Sarah Harding signed up to do Celebrity Big Brother this year, the main reason everyone wanted to watch her – barring Danny Dyer-gate – was to find out if there was any beef with Cheryl. ESPECIALLY after Cheryl unfollowed her on Twitter and everyone went nuts about it.
So in last night’s episode Sarah, 35, was asked about her friendship – and ‘feud’ – with Cheryl and much as she tried to evade answering, she couldn’t help give bits of info away.
As Jemma Lucy asked her if they were on good terms, she said “’I haven’t spoken to her in a while since when we were doing The Xtra Factor and stuff.”
Luckily Jemma got nosy on behalf of every viewer that was going ‘Ask more!’ and asked if they’d fallen out.
“Everyone’s asking that! We’re just so busy with our own stuff and you know what I mean…” said Sarah.
OH WE KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN.
“It’s not for me to say. I don’t like bringing it up – talking about the other girls if it’s a personal thing.”
Very noble Sarah but, erm, this is CBB. We’re not here for chats about the election.

Sarah did give a bit of insight into the inner workings of the GA bubble though, telling Jemma that they were “like sisters” so it was “never going to be plain sailing the whole time.”
“Being around girls all the time it’s difficult sometimes,” she added.
“Nothing’s forever. We went through a lot together so nothing lasts forever. Even if we had fell out I’m sure it wouldn’t be a major deal in the future.”
Sarah’s tact follows her saying before she went into the house that she is a ‘loyal friend’ who wouldn’t go into the house and spill all. And that she speaks to the girls privately, rather than in the public space of social media. High five to that, Sarah.
‘I’ve got Cheryl’s number,” she told OK! magazine. “We don’t have to prove we’re friends online.’
Sarah had previously spilled on CBB that she had felt ‘lost’ when the band split up.
“I know I’ve had my trials and tribulations throughout the years, a lot of which have been documented, a lot of which have been misconstrued.
“It’s hurtful. I haven’t got a thick skin and people don’t realise that and when that all ended it was like, ‘Where do I go from there?’

“This is, for me, kind of getting a second chance to try and show people who I’ve grown into and I’m kind of a little bit sick of being judged on the past, to be quite frank.”
We wonder if Cheryl’s watching every night at 9pm?
