Peter Andre’s wife Emily has said she’s like a “big sister” to his eldest children Junior and Princess.
The doctor is stepmum to Peter’s son Junior, 13, and daughter Princess, 11, from his marriage to ex-wife Katie Price.
During an appearance on Lorraine on Friday alongside her hubby, Emily said she tries to treat them “fairly” with her own kids, five-year-old Amelia and Theo, two.

She said: “It’s a difficult one. I think probably I’m more like a big sister role, I would say.
“It’s also about keeping things fair between the younger children as well, but it works well.
“It’s been a long time now. We have settled into our routine.”
Peter added: “The kids – all of them – they’re just fantastic.”
This isn’t the first time Emily has spoken about her relationship with Peter’s children.
Emily, 29, wrote in her OK! magazine column last year: “I think getting the balance right as a step-parent is crucial.”
She added: “Coming into their lives taught me a bit about how to be a mum because they’re so wonderful. I’ve always said to Pete, ‘If you can help me to parent Millie and Theo so they turn out like Junior and Princess then I’ll be very happy.'”
Meanwhile, during an interview with ITV’s Lorraine in 2017, she said: “I love [being a stepmum] and this may sound quite clichéd, but being with them taught me what I needed to do before I had my own
“Princess and Junior are the loveliest children.”
Emily and Pete tied the knot in 2015.
The Mysterious Girl singer recently hit back at trolls after they claimed he looked old enough to be Emily’s dad when they appeared on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show.
Fuming the reality star took to his column in New! magazine to hit back, writing: “I saw some people commented saying she looks 12 years old.

“The joke’s on them, though, because while they might think they’re being cruel, they’re actually paying her a huge compliment.”
He added: “My wife is 30 this year, so how great is it that people think she looks so youthful. When she’s 50 she’s going to look like she’s in her twenties – good on her.”
Peter and Emily have joined forces with Change4Life to help families cut back on the amount of sugar children consume.
The campaign aims to encourage parents to ‘make a swap when you next shop’ to help reduce their children’s sugar intake from everyday food and drinks.
