Piers Morgan told off Susanna Reid after she was caught playing music on her phone live on Good Morning Britain.
On Tuesday’s show, Charlotte Hawkins was presenting her news bulletin when she was interrupted by Susanna’s phone.
As Charlotte spoke about the crackdown of scam adverts on Facebook, a sound was heard in the studio.

Piers said: “Sorry, sorry, could you turn your phone off,” as he turned to Susanna.
Charlotte exclaimed: “Were you just playing music in the middle of my news bulletin?”
Susanna said: “Sorry… we’re about to discuss the Miley Cyrus video, I’m so sorry.”
Piers told Charlotte: “Charlotte, I can only apologise,” to which Susanna added: “I know, that’s entirely my fault.”
Piers said: “Wow, that was really awkward. Charlotte, back to the news.”
Following Charlotte’s bulletin, Piers and Susanna interviewed plus-size model Angelina Duplisea, who starred in Miley Cyrus’ new music video causing a heated debate over her appearance.
But things didn’t quite go to plan as Piers and Angelina ended up in a row.
Angelina even called Piers “fat” after he argued that the video is “celebrating a dangerous weight”.
Angelina said: “If you were really concerned about people being obese and representing something bad, you would take yourself off the air because you’re not exactly slim yourself.”
Piers cut in: “I’m 220 pounds and I’m 6ft1, you’re 5ft4 and you’re 380 pounds so there’s a difference. I’m not morbidly obese.”
Angelina continued: “But you’re still fat too,” to which Piers hit back: “Well you may think I’m fat but most people looking at this will not see me as morbidly obese.”
Angelina interrupted, saying: “You’re still fat. You being less fat than me doesn’t make you…” but before she could finish Piers cut in.
He said: “But I’m not in a pop video,” to which Angelina hit back: “But you’re on TV. You’re on TV every day.
“I think if you were really concerned about glorifying obesity, you would take yourself off the air. Period.”

In Miley’s music video for her track Mother’s Daughter, Angelina – who is 27 stone – is seen lying naked on a couch while fanning herself.
Piers added: “I’d like to say I’m a little bit slimmer, healthier and fitter but there is a difference between me and you. I would not like you to die from morbid obesity at a young age.”
Angelina said: “I’m not worried about living a full life. If I were to die tomorrow, I wouldn’t regret it.”
