A mortified Rochelle Humes came close to flashing viewers at home as she presented This Morning on Sunday alongside co-host John Barrowman today.
The pair were talking about meeting Emma Bunton earlier in the week and couldn’t resist showing off their best Spice Girl-inspired dance moves while doing so.
Rochelle said she just about managed to contain her excitement unlike John, who apparently flashed Emma the peace sign and recreated some of her iconic Baby Spice moves for her.

“You didn’t play it the coolest I’ve seen you,” Rochelle told her co-host.
“Well, I’m not cool – I’m me,” he replied before encouraging Rochelle to also perform some Baby Spice moves of her own.
“You have got the perfect skirt on,” John told Rochelle before she excitedly lifted her floaty pale pink dress up and did a little shimmy.

“Oh wow!” Rochelle exclaimed when she realised she was in danger of flashing more than bargained for, before John chimed in: “Not too high – it’s Easter Sunday!”
A giggling Rochelle added: “We won’t do that again.”
John and Rochelle have been hosting the show together while Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have been enjoying a well-deserved break.
John flew from California to share the sofa with Rochelle, who he’d only met the day they first went on air together.
This weekend Holly told her 5.4 million Instagram followers that she’s now back home from her family holiday in the Maldives, but has “beautiful memories” of her trip.
