With rumours of romance dominating this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, we can’t help noticing the definite spark between Debbie McGee and her partner Giovanni Pernice – and now the pair have exchanged very public messages of devotion.
It was Debbie’s birthday this week and Giovanni went the extra mile to make her special day one to remember.
And he even tweeted a loving message to his partner calling her “one of the most beautiful people I’ve met in my life”.
And Giovanni ended his message by saying “Love ya so much darling.”
A clearly moved Debbie replied: “I could not have dreamed you would make my birthday SO special. Thank you. Love you too.”

Debbie said on The One Show this week that dancing has given her a new lease of life after the death of her beloved husband Paul Daniels last year.
But much to our disappointment she’s laughed off rumours of a romance with her handsome dance partner.
“I absolutely adore him and I have no doubt he adores me,” Debbie told Bella magazine.

“We have a great working dance partnership and we really love each other as human beings, so I can see why people want to say there is something going on.”
But she added: “We have great chemistry and love dancing together but there is nothing going on.”
Hmm. We’re not convinced after those loving messages!
Debbie and Giovanni will be on It Takes Two with Zoe Ball this evening – and we’re going to be watching them like hawks for any hint of romance!
