Rylan Clark-Neal volunteers to replace Bruno Tonioli on Strictly Come Dancing

Well, he does have reality show experience!

With Bruno Tonioli unable to judge on this weekend’s Strictly Come Dancing, Rylan Clark-Neal has offered to step in and replace him!

That WOULD be fun!

Rylan made the offer while dishing out the day’s showbiz gossip on This Morning, which included the surprise news Bruno will be missing his first episode of Strictly in 15 YEARS!

Of course, This Morning host Ruth Langsford is competing on Strictly (she might have mentioned it on This Morning a few times…), so it was particularly interesting info to her.

Well, we all know Rylan’s never afraid to try new things, so unsurprisingly he was quick to volunteer himself as the replacement judge.

Laughing, Ruth said she’d text the Strictly bosses now and suggest him!

Her husband Eamonn Holmes then stuck the knife in when it came to Ruth’s somewhat middling Strictly scores so far, quipping: “Get Rylan in there, you need the points!”

Harsh, Eamonn!

Ruth and pro partner Anton du Beke earned 24 out of a possible 40 points for their Tango on last weekend’s live show.

Former X Factor contestant Rylan, however, came over all coy on whether he’d help bump up Ruth’s score, saying: “On the dodge, a sly ten…

“I cannot confirm or deny whether I would do that!”

Sadly for Ruth, the strictly bosses aren’t looking for a fourth judge, having decided to press ahead with the remaining three, Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Darcey Bussell.

Bruno is skipping Saturday and Sunday’s episodes of Strictly because of a work commitment already in his calendar before the show started.

A spokesperson for Strictly told The Sun: “As was always the plan, Bruno Tonioli is not on the judging panel this weekend due to a very busy work schedule.

“He will be back as normal for our Halloween special and the rest of the series.”

While shows such as X Factor or Britain’s Got Talent often rope in guest judges to cover when the regular panellists are unable to film, Strictly has decided not to replace Bruno.

Instead, fellow judges Craig, Shirley and Darcey will continue on as normal as a threesome.

They’ll judge without Bruno on the Saturday night’s show and deliver their dance-off verdict without him on Sunday night’s show.

No Bruno? It will be so strange!
