Simon Cowell looks set to miss the first X Factor live show tonight after being rushed to hospital yesterday.
Reports say that the music mogul fainted and fell down the stairs at his £12 million luxury five-bed detached west London home at around 6.45am on Friday.

Paramedics attended the scene and stretchered Simon, 58, from his home on a spinal board, fearing he had injured his back.
The X Factor judge was taken to Chelsea and Westminster NHS Hospital and given a CT scan on his brain plus MRI scans to analyse his spine, neck and back.
Simon was discharged the same day, but although he immediately returned home, arriving at around 3.30pm, he was wearing a device to monitor his blood pressure.
“It’s been scary,” he said. “A shock to the system.”

Simon himself wasn’t sure when he’d be back behind the famous desk.
“I will be back but I don’t know about tomorrow,” he admitted. “But I’m feeling OK.”
That suggests that Simon could miss tonight’s show but return for Sunday’s instalment.
If that is the case, then Simon will miss seeing his groups, CutKelvins, Rak-Su and Sean and Conor Price, perform.
They will be taking to the stage tonight alongside Nicole Sherzinger’s overs, Kevin Davy White, Tracy Leanne Jefford and Matt Linnen.
Sunday sees Sharon Osbourne’s girls, Grace Davies, Holly Tandy and Rai-Elle Williams, perform, as well as Louis Walsh’s boys, Sam Black, Lloyd Macey and Spencer Sutherland.
