Stacey Solomon and the Loose Women panel were joined by actress Shana Swash on today’s show – aka the sister of Stacey’s boyfriend Joe.
So you can forgive Joe for being a tad nervous!
After all, we all know those Loose Women like to gossip and the combo of his girlfriend and sister together on live TV was somewhat worrying!

When Shana arrived in the studio, Stacey confessed: “Joe rang me last night and said, ‘Do not talk about me! Don’t let her say anything! And tell Linda to be quiet!”
Unfortunately for Joe, Stacey had already told the whole studio and audience about his hair loss…
Shana told her: “I’m so glad you [talked about his hair loss] because he’s kept that secret for such a long time, but just be confident about it! Let people know!”
A shocked Stacey replied: “It wasn’t secret, was it?!”
Er, too late, Stace!
She had said earlier: “I know Joe has issues with hair and it makes him really insecure. He’s tried so many times to fix it or done hair transplants but they haven’t taken.
“He wears a hat all the time and tries to cover it as much as possible because it’s a real issue for him.
“Joe had really curly, lovely, thick hair and it was part of his character, so when it went, that was part of him. It’s not like you can just stick a wig on it, he was losing part of him.”
Thankfully for Stacey, it wasn’t a secret given Joe actually appeared on Loose Women last year to talk about.
You think Stacey would have remembered her boyfriend being on her own show!
Joe, meanwhile, sent a video message into the show from Australia, where he’s currently working on I’m A Celeb spinoff show Extra Camp.
He said: “I’m a little bit worried as Stacey’s told everyone about the period cycle, Linda’s told everyone about when I lost my virginity… so Shana, some things are meant to be kept in the family so I’m warning you!”
Thankfully for Joe, there were no embarrassing anecdotes from Shana!
The former EastEnders actress, who played Demi Miller, was on the show to promote her new film, My Feral Heart, which is out on DVD now.

It tells the story of a man with Down’s Syndrome (Steven Brandon) who forges a life-changing new friendship.
Steven joined Shana on the show for the chat. He won the National Film Award for Best Actor his role in the film, beating competition from the likes of Michael Fassbender and Daniel Radcliffe.
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
