Starstruck judges Sheridan Smith and Beverley Knight have fallen out of favour with viewers of last night’s episode (February 19).
The new ITV has only been on our screens for a short time, but viewers are already annoyed by the ladies’ behaviour.
ITV viewers have even asked the pair to “calm down” as their judging starts to grate.
What is Starstruck about?
The ITV show sees contestants step up to perform as their idols, including Michael Bublé, George Michael and Queen.
Hosted by Olly Murs, the new series sees each contestant undergo a dramatic transformation before taking to the stage as their musical icon.
Whilst the show has only aired two episodes, viewers have already made up their mind about judges Sheridan Smith and Beverley Knight.

What did viewers say about the Starstruck judges?
One viewer tweeted: “I’m not sure what’s more annoying, the singers that aren’t actually singing or #SheridanSmith & #BeverlyKnight, both of whom I love, pretending to be blown away by the performance.
“It’s really awful & I feel sad that Sheridan & Beverley would lower themselves to it.”
Another added: “Turning over. I can’t stand annoying Sheridan any more.”
However, it was Sheridan’s reactions in particular that were seen as overreactions by viewers at home.
“I think Sheridan Smith would stand up and clap after getting through a revolving door without falling over judging by her reactions on #Starstruck,” said one viewer.

Another added: “I’m usually a fan of Sheridan Smith but she seems really aware of the cameras and her reaction comes across a bit ott and disingenuous sometimes, bit irritating.”
Starstruck viewers think Adam Lambert is a better judge of vocals
They do seem to like Queen singer Adam Lambert, though.
One viewer tweeted: “I’d rather listen to Adam Lambert than Sheridan Smith thanks.”
Another said: “Adam Lambert. The only critique that matters.”
Others thought Sheridan Smith should be quiet.
In all fairness Adam Lambert can question anyone’s vocal ability….be quiet Sheridan#Starstruck
