The new series of Strictly Come Dancing is fast approaching, as the competition is set to start this Saturday on BBC One. Hurrah!
After the fabulous line up of celeb contestants was finally completed, there has been a lot of hype around the show and it seems people can’t wait to see the return of the dancing competition.

But unfortunately it hasn’t all been fun and games for the excited celebs, who have been rehearsing in recent weeks, as one of the stars has been getting trolled online by vile bullies.
Comedian Susan Calman revealed on Twitter that she has been body-shamed by trolls for years, and showed that their hurtful words won’t get her down.
She hit back at trolls in the best way, as she posted a sassy clip of Beyonce flicking her hair alongside her message.
She said: “I don’t often interact with trolls but occasionally I do. For years I thought I was fat and ugly. I’m not. And I won’t let anyone say I am.”
After she posted this defiant tweet a troll tried to hurt her once again by calling her ‘fat’, and although the tweet has been deleted Susan replied directly to them.
She said: “So you’re saying I’m fat. I’m not. Empirically and medically your insult is incorrect. You’re also unpleasant. And blocked. Enjoy your life.”
Susan didn’t stop there, as she went on a bit of a rant about haters and how she doesn’t want her young niece to go through the same abuse.
She tweeted: “I have a 5 year old niece. I want her to know that no one (man or woman) should make her feel bad about how she looks. Strictly is for her.”

She continued in another tweet: “Anyway, I’m off to rehearse with a handsome man, preparing a beautiful dance for the biggest show on television. Suck on that haters.” Go Susan!
The fun-loving comedian has been paired up with dishy dancer Kevin Clifton.
She was the ninth celebrity to join the Strictly Come Dancing line-up, and she joins fellow celeb contestants including Ruth Langsford, Mollie King, Aston Merrygold and Alexandra Burke.
Susan, 42, has appeared on various Radio 4 programmes and hosts BBC series The Boss.
The star has admitted she loves Strictly but hasn’t worn a pair of heels since she was a teen!
The announcement that she was taking part was made on Jeremy Vine’s BBC Radio 2 show last month.
Sharing her excitement for getting her dancing shoes on Susan said: “It was three weeks of terror to this particular moment, and thank goodness it’s finally here.
“I was not allowed to tell anybody what’s happening, so it’s been confidential. But I am so excited, I’ve been a Strictly superfan for years and this is going to be the best ride possible.”
She said she has not danced since she was at school and that she is “the last person on the dancefloor”.
“I don’t particularly enjoy dancing in a lot of ways, I haven’t worn heels or a dress since I was 17 and I haven’t danced with a man in over a decade.”
Susan said she is 4ft 10in tall, but that having a low centre of gravity should help her on the dancefloor.

She also said: “My mother will die happy to see me in a dress. To finally see me in glitter and a dress.”
The comedian revealed that being on Strictly is a “dream come true”.
“Finally I can reveal all the moves I’ve been practising in my kitchen to the nation,” she said.
“I am an enthusiastic home dancer and now on Saturday nights I’ll be dancing in other people’s homes in a (hopefully) entertaining way. I am terrified but excited to start my Strictly journey.”
We can’t wait to see her and all of the other celebs strut their stuff this weekend!
