Viewers of Strictly Come Dancing are divided over Emma Barton and Anton Du Beke not being in the bottom two despite being bottom of the leaderboard.
The pair were given 22 points out of 40 for their Rhumba and head judge Shirley Ballas criticised the pair for being out of time.
Last night’s show saw Viscountess Emma leave the competition following a dance-off against Mike Bushell and Katya Jones.

However, viewers took to Twitter to question why Emma and Anton didn’t end up in the bottom two as they received the least points during Saturday night’s show.
One person said: “#Strictly disgusting that Emma W got voted out. She was better than Mike by a country mile. Plus he made a mess of a lift.
“Emma B should’ve been in the bottom two anyway, not Emma W. So unfair. Typical BBC.”

Another wrote: “Got to laugh at the vitriol aimed at Mike when nobody has mentioned the fact that the bottom of the leaderboard ie Emma and Anton got through.”
A third tweeted: “I understand why people moan about the dance off but this show is as much about popularity than anything else.

“Emma Barton should have been in the dance off this week but her and Anton’s popularity kept them in. I’d be more upset if Karim or Kelvin were in the bottom 2 this week.”

It comes after Shirley was slammed by viewers for her feedback to Emma and Anton.
She said: “The only timing that I could read was the basic – the alemana and the sliding doors… the rest of it I have absolutely no idea on what count you were dancing for this dance.
“There are four beats and three steps – you have to understand that.”
However, Anton hit back: “Sometimes there are four steps and three beats. Sometimes there are five steps and seven beats. Sometimes there are no steps!”
