Strictly professional Karen Clifton is said to have ended her brief “affair” with accountant, Stuart Wood, following rumours she had split with husband Kevin.
The 35-year-old dancer has been spotted out and about with Wood since the beginning of December.
The pair were pictured strolling around Primrose Hill laughing and joking together, seemingly aware and unfazed by the paparazzi. Karen, who has been married to fellow Strictly professional Kevin for two years, kept her wedding ring on throughout.

Stuart Wood had also been seen leaving Karen’s London home just minutes after Karen herself.
While Kevin has avoided commenting on the alleged affair, he has also kept his wedding ring firmly on his finger throughout the last month.
In the last couple of weeks, eagled-eyed viewers of Strictly Come Dancing have noticed the couple are rarely together on the show.
Social media is full of viewers who have been commenting on the tension that is evident between the married couple.
However, now Karen is said to have ended the supposed affair shortly after the news of their romance broke, leaving Wood devastated.
The accountant is now believed to be moving to the US having recently accepted a job there.
A source close to Karen told The Sun: “It was never a long term thing and Karen realises that she made a mistake.”
It’s thought that the pair will spend Christmas apart and reunite in the New Year to address the problems in their marriage.

The insider continued: “Right now their marriage hangs in the balance and their future together as a couple looks very uncertain.”
Karen’s representatives have been approached for comment.
