Viewers of The Chase joked one contestant seemed to ‘enjoy his win a bit too much’ after it looked like he had ‘orgasmed’ on the ITV quiz show.
Player Ricki couldn’t hide his pleasure at his team’s success during Friday’s episode of the series hosted by Bradley Walsh, letting his head fall back in relief.
The 42-year-old simultaneously closed his eyes and opened his mouth as if murmuring with ecstasy during the funny moment, which came as his team was confirmed to have bagged a whopping £23,000.
Supply teacher Ricki and fellow players Jane, Victoria and Will got the best of Chaser Paul Sinha to amass their winnings – but several of those watching at home believed the sweet taste of victory may have prize enough for an apparently delighted Ricki.

“Ricki just had what looked like an orgasm on #TheChase at the end,” noted one fan.
“Think Ricki’s just climaxed #TheChase,” joked another.
A third added: “Big Ricki enjoyed that win a bit too much I think #TheChase.”
And a fourth, rather crudely, summed up about how Ricki’s overwhelmed expression was being interpreted on social media by suggesting he was “pulling his [bleep] face”.

Sinha paid tribute to the conquering team by hailing them as the best group he had come up against in five years.
The quiz titan and stand up comic flailed in the timed, final round as he flubbed several answers, allowing the players to pin him back.
However, Ricki did admit during the show he had plenty of TV quiz experience, having previously taken part in Egghead ands Mastermind.

Elsewhere, much-loved host Bradley Walsh came in for criticism as he was accused of being ‘patronising’ to the episode’s other male contestant, Will.
“Could Paul and Bradley be any more patronising to clever Will? Drives me cuckoo!” tweeted a fan.
They later added: “If only Bradley would learn how to talk to people under 25.”
Another fan commented: “Age is irrelevant in a quiz programme!”
