The British edition of smash-hit RuPaul’s Drag Race started on BBC Three last night (3.10.19).
With the great artist herself in attendance, as well as judges Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and British movie superstar Andrew Garfield, the series went down well with British fans.
With more guest judges set to join in throughout the series, fans begged for Paul O’Grady to appear.

Ten ‘queens’ lined up to take part in the debut British version.
They ranged from Blue Hyrdanga from Belfast and Cheryl Hole from Essex, to Divina De Campo from London.
Scaredy Cat from Wiltshire revealed that she wasn’t gay.
The season’s first mini-challenge, inspired by beheadings at the Tower of London, called for the queens to pose in a green screen photoshoot with their own CGI-severed head.
Scaredy Kat was the winner, who came up with a hilarious pose that involved her pushing her own head out of a certain part of her body.

It was a great start to the series, and with the likes of Game Of Thrones’ Maisie Williams, Love Island’s Curtis Pritchard, Geri Horner and Cheryl also set to appear as guest judges, it should be unmissable telly.
But fans were begging for one name to be added to that list: Paul O’Grady.
Paul, 64, first gained household name status thanks to his foul-mouthed drag act, Lily Savage.
And now fans think he’d be a perfect fit for Drag Race.
