Following their Strictly elimination on Sunday, Aston Merrygold and Janette Manrara have been on various TV shows speaking about their disappointment at leaving the competition so early.
And fans across the country have been outraged that he was sent home after a dance off against Mollie King and AJ Pritchard, with some calling it a ‘fix’.
But Aston and Janette’s appearance on today’s This Morning has sparked somewhat of a backlash, with viewers telling them it was time to “get over it”.

Craig Revel Horwood has been blamed for their eviction after he scored the couple’s Viennese Waltz a measly four and Janette didn’t hold back as she said she thought Craig’s judging had been “Really harsh
“It didn’t deserve a four. I do respect his opinion, he is a judge – I just really disagree with it.”
She also defended her choreography, insisting it was a proper Viennese Waltz.
When Phil asked if it was a case of everyone assuming Aston was safe, the pro dancer replied: “That’s the problem with a voting show.
“People assume everyone’s going to be voting for Aston so they don’t need to worry about it.
“The bottom line for people that do like Strictly Come Dancing is you are going to have ups and downs, this was one of our downs and it was a down down because we didn’t get the votes to get through.”
But she may have gone a step too far when she brought This Morning host Ruth Langsford into the argument: “It does come down to votes, Ruth and Anton, they were bottom of leaderboard and they weren’t even in the dance off.”
Holly quickly replied: “But everyone’s taken Ruth to their hearts.”

Aston also brought into the conversation the fact the voting is expensive. And he also said he’s “glad” his mum doesn’t have Twitter as she’s furious that he’s been eliminated!
The pair also talked about all the dances they wouldn’t get to do now and the fact that Aston wouldn’t get to do a show dance – the headline act of the grand final.
Fans of Strictly and This Morning flocked to Twitter to suggest it was time to move on now and some even suggested Janette and Aston had “sour grapes”, with one saying they were “acting like they were going to win”.
But there were others who are still heartbroken that Aston has left.
One said she was “gutted gutted gutted gutted” about Aston’s exit, and someone else insisted they won’t be watching any more.
