Loose Women is one of ITV’s most popular daytime shows. Along with Jeremy Kyle and This Morning, the lunchtime chat is always great value for entertainment.
However, viewers tuning in at 12:30 today won’t be greeted by the friendly faces of Ruth Langsford and co.
Instead, they’ll be greeted with the slightly less appealing sight of Chancellor Philip Hammond opening up his little red briefcase to talk about the state of the nation’s finances.
Which might be nice for the Loose Women, as they’ll get a day off – but it makes for a less entertaining lunchtime for the rest of us!
The Chancellor’s Budget will run from 12:20 until 13:55 this afternoon, with analysis from experts Robert Peston, Allegra Stratton, Joel Hills and Chris Choi.

They’ll be able to decipher much of what the Chancellor says to work out what it means in real terms for British families.
As you’d expect, people who like a bit of routine aren’t overly happy with the change to the TV schedule.
And some have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts. One replied to ITV’s tweet on the subject saying: “I would much rather watch Loose Women than the budget.”
Another wrote with the idea: “@loosewomen why can’t you be on ITV2 today please?”
“Boooooo…” someone else wrote.
However, one cheeky viewer chimed in with: “Loose Women cancelled due to the Budget. Wish the Budget was on every day.”
The good news is, Loose Women will be back to its regularly scheduled programming tomorrow, and it’s been a great week so far.

Hopefully everything will be back on schedule tomorrow, with the Women refreshed after their extra day off!
