Things are going from bad to worse for former knicker stitcher Sean Tulley after Hope causes trouble at school, Fiz decides she wants to make a go of things with Tyrone and asks Sean to move out of number 9.
Sean is devastated and has no money but agrees to leave, although he doesn’t tell Fiz he has nowhere to go.
Recent pictures surfaced of Antony Cotton, who plays happy-go-lucky Sean sleeping rough in a tent, and things grow darker for the popular street resident, apparently, as he was also snapped covered in blood after being viciously attacked in a public toilet by a group of men. Poor Sean.
Hitting rock bottom, unemployed Sean is forced to visit a soup kitchen to seek free food, however, he doesn’t realise that his former flame vicar Billy Mayhew is a volunteer.
Sean is mortified and tries to evade him; Billy (played Daniel Brocklebank) is obviously shocked at the sight of his friend and tries desperately to track him down.
If anyone can help it’s Billy, as he recently came back from the brink himself after facing a dark heroin addiction.
With friends and neighbours wondering what has happened to Sean his closely guarded secret is bound to come out.
Actor Antony Cotton told the Daily Star: “It is a very unusual storyline, very serious and not what people would expect from Sean. It will come good but it’s a very poignant and serious story.”

Viewers will remember that Sean and Billy used to be an item until Billy cheated on him with Todd Grimshaw leaving him [Sean] heartbroken. Could this be the start of a new relationship for the pair? We do hope so.
