I’m A Celebrity fans are desperate to know when the live show are back on after ITV was forced to pull this weekend’s planned broadcasts.
Viewers were utterly gutted to have their viewing pleasure disrupted but the network was left with no option.
Storm Arwen wreaked havoc on the castle set, leaving technical issues and making it impossible to broadcast live.

An ITV spokesperson explained yesterday afternoon: “Owing to technical difficulties caused by extreme weather conditions in the area, there will be no new episodes of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! this weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
“I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! will be replaced tonight and tomorrow night in the ITV schedules by compilation shows (voiced by Ant & Dec) featuring best moments from previous series.”
Later the rep revealed that execs had taken the decision to temporarily move all the celebrities from the castle.
The statement read: “Whilst we get the production base back up and running after suffering technical issues due to the storm, we have removed the celebrities from the castle.”
Will I’m A Celebrity be back on Monday night?
So, the big question is: will the celebrities be back in the castle tomorrow and will the live shows resume Monday night?
ITV has yet to issue any formal statements, so we will have to hope that no news is good news.
There have been no amendments to TV listings guides to suggest that there will be more highlights shows – or that the show isn’t on.
Some gutted fans call for I’m A Celebrity 2021 cancellation
Last night’s highlights show didn’t really make up for the lack of live action viewers were expecting to get.
Some feel that the magic has gone for this series now – and there’s no point it coming back on air.
One commented on Twitter: “I’m A Celebrity is going to be a bit tricky now. Staying in a hotel with hot bath, food and comfy bed kind of ruins the concept for me now #ImACelebrityweekendoff”
Someone agreed: “May as well just cancel it, the whole point is they live on rations and in worser conditions so it puts everything to the test. Going back to a nice bed, hot shower and great food for a few days just ruined the entire point of the show.”
And another: “I really do think that #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity should now just call it a day! It really is just 1 big f*ck up.”
Another moaned: “I’m A Celebrity series of 2021, is of no significance to me. Worst series yet.”
We reckon as soon as the celebs get back into the castle and the live action kicks off again they will soon change their tune!
