Tom Taylor is best-known for playing a scruffy schoolboy caught up in the middle of his parents’ stormy relationship in hit BBC drama Doctor Foster.
So you can imagine everyone’s surprise when the 16-year-old posted pictures of himself on Instagram sporting spiky blond hair and chiselled features – and, it has to be said, looking not unlike Justin Bieber.
The actor is clearly a natural when it comes to modelling, wearing the latest fashions as if they were TAYLOR-made for him, and mastering a catwalk pout.
And, just like the aforementioned US pop star, he was soon being lavished with praise from adoring fans.
Commenting on a photo of Taylor looking moody next to a Land Rover, one fan gushed: “Probably my favourite picture.”
Another appeared dazzled by how different the teenager looked: “You are [expletive] cute, Tom!”
And a third added, wistfully: “My boyfriend.”
Though he’s only just completed his GCSEs, the Surrey-born actor has a bright future ahead of him.

He’s already got a couple of impressive acting credits under his belt (as well as the Doctor Foster gig, he appeared alongside Idris Elba in movie The Dark Towers earlier this year).
And recent shoots in both Empire and i-D suggest that if he ever wants to branch out into modelling, he’ll hit the ground running.
Though he got his acting break in an episode of Casualty in 2014, it’s Doctor Foster that’s catapulted the youngster to fame.
And with its controversial storyline filming it must’ve been a real baptism of fire for Tom.

Especially when you consider how close to the knuckle the programme is.
“It’s a scary truth that this TV show is a very realistic portrayal of what abuse behind closed doors looks like,” said relationship expert Sara Davison.
“For those who’ve never experienced it, the series may appear like just a highly entertaining drama.
“However, for those of us who’ve lived in these shoes, it’s a chilling reminder – or even, for some of the people emailing me, a wake-up call.”
The second series of the programme, which also stars Suranne Jones in the titular role, continues next Tuesday.
